After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  After your shipment left our warehouse you will receive an email with the track and trace. This enables you to receive information about the whereabouts of your order at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact our customer service ( so they will find out where your order is.

Melt uses the PostNL service in the Netherlands for delivering your order, for other countries we use DPD. Orders in the Netherlands will usually be delivered within 48 hours. We don´t send packages to p/o boxes.

What if your order doesn’t fit in your mailbox?

If the package doesn’t fit in your mailbox, the deliverer will ask you to sign for delivery, so we are sure you received your package.

If the package doesn’t fit in your mailbox and you are not at home when the package is offered at your door, then the deliverer will leave you a note. The deliverer will try again the next day. If you are not at home then, it will be stored at the nearest post office. You will receive a note saying that you can pick up your package there within 3 weeks.

When will I receive my package?

Orders that fit in your mailbox will be delivered from Tuesday till Saturday. When the package does not fit in the mailbox, delivery times will be:

First try: Tuesday till Friday between 9AM and 9.30PM and Saturday between 9AM and 4PM.

Second try: Tuesday till Thursday between 9AM and 9.30PM.


If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it.

First check if your item(s) qualifies to be returned:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days
  • Swimwear need to be fitted wearing your underwear
  • The items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items that have been stained by makeup, after trying them on, cannot be returned
  • Failure to comply with the terms of our return policy may result that we are not being able to give you a refund

If you can meet the above mentioned requirements, you can return your item(s).

How to return

If you wish to return an item, you can do this up to 30 days after your purchase with the following conditions:

You need to send an email to Clearly send along your name, adress, phonenumber, order-number, account-number and the article-code/ colour of the item you want to return.   We will sent you a confirmation.

We cannot compensate the costs for your return. Unauthorised shipments will not be accepted.  It need to be sent back in the original package. When the return is not in the original condition it can not be accept. If you do not have a track & trace with your return, we are not responsible if the package goes missing. Repayment takes place within 14 days after the signed up return via your used payment method, with the conditions above.

Delivery costs

Deliveries in Holland are € 3,95 per package. For orders of € 75,- and more we have free delivery in Holland. Also in Belgium your order will be delivered free of charge at a minimum of € 75,-. Costs for delivery will be automatically added when you place the order. You will find it directly in the overview placing an order.
